**Between July 1 and Labor Day, two bedroom villas are rented only for 7 nights at a time.
A weekly rental consists of 7 nights.

We require a stay of at least 2 nights. We offer a 10% discount for a 7 or more day booking on any room type.

Group discounts are available off-season.

3 night minimum for Memorial Day, and Labor Day weekends.

One bedroom rates are based on double occupancy.

Two bedroom rates are for 4 people.

A $25.00 surcharge for each additional person per night.

Children under twelve stay free.

Cribs are available at no charge.

Cots available at $10.00 extra.

There are no pets allowed.
